Job Description

We are seeking a Strategy Manager with the will and ambition to work in high performing Vodafone Team responsible for Leading Digital Transformation in Turkey, reporting Strategy&Investor Relations Snr.Manager of Vodafone Turkey. 
The accountabilities of this role are: 
Ensuring and coordinating the effective V-GSM process of the Company
Local governance (ExCo-Strategy) – coordination and follow-up of actions
Regional governance (ICR, MTSR, OpComm) – coordination and follow-up of actions
Preparing in-depth strategic industry analysis as a part of the annual strategy/VGSM cycle
Track the market and initiate strategic analysis and provide recommendations to senior management based on changing market conditions
Performing initial industry and benchmark analysis to define Company’s positioning regarding new business opportunities
Carrying out ad-hoc strategy analysis to meet senior management requests
Keep track of competitor and market developments through internally/externally provided intelligence reports and as part of competition strategy
Prepare quarterly competitor analysis trend reports and competitive scorecards
Prepare ad-hoc competitor analysis requests, prepare benchmarks of VF Turkey performance vs the competition
Analyze Vodafone Turkey’s financialsto ensure the full alignment of financial information/key messages for external announcements, press conferences and investor meetings
Supporting the assessment and the implementation of M&A deals, perform company valuations and assist in establishment of acquisition and integration plans
Supporting the due diligence processes, analyze the results of due diligence and its effects on company’s valuation
Work on the pre-merger closing process and post-merger implementation

University degree in reputable universities
Excellent command of English
Strong commercial & strategic mindset
Excellent communication and presentation skills to ensure credibility with senior management.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills involving significant and detailed analysis / interpretation
Good understanding of financial modelling
Professional credibility, drive, intellect and personal statue – strong evidence of influencing people
Strong prioritisation skills
Management of multiple activities in an appropriate manner within a fluid and fast changing environment
